Tiemoue Bakayoko is reportedly set to return to AC Milan on a second loan as representatives of the Chelsea misfit land in Italy to strike a deal on his return.
The 27-year-old midfielder has not played a competitive game with the Blues since the 2017-18 season and has spent the last three years on loan at Rossoneri, Monaco and, most recently, Napoli.
Bakayoko made 42 appearances for Milan in the 2018-19 campaign and has long been considering a return to San Siro.

And according to reports in Italy, representatives of the Frenchman are in Milan as he nears a meeting with the club for a second loan, with an option to buy at the end of the season.
Chelsea stood at risk of losing Bakayoko for free next summer when his contract expired, but various reports suggest the Blues triggered an automatic contract extension, extending his contract by one year.
A similar move was made for Olivier Giroud, with the forward due to leave for free this summer, the European champions triggered the extension, forcing Milan to pay £ 1million for his services.

Bakayoko’s second Milan loan reportedly includes option to buy midfielder
Chelsea and Milan have a long history of transfers, with Giroud and Fikayo Tomori definitely joining the Italians this summer.
Milan have turned to Bakayoko following an injury to Franck Kessie, who will be out for at least a month in a heavy blow to Stefano Pioli.
The Africa Cup of Nations, scheduled for January, will also mean that Kessie and Ismael Bennacer will be absent during the competition, making Bakayoko’s arrival all the more important.
Meanwhile, Pietro Pellegri is set to complete a loan transfer to Milan from Monaco with the Italians holding an option to buy the Italian striker.
